Wolfie’s childhood was very happy for the most part. Playing with his older twin brothers, his mom baking treats, and watching Saturday morning cartoons. His father dying was.. Hard on him. But his mind has blocked out most of the memories he has of him, including the day he died. When he turned into a wolf for the first time, it was also an unpleasant memory— he was only 5, he couldn’t control himself. He broke through a glass door, causing the characteristic scar on his cheek. His brothers went to private school for their middle school years, leaving wolfie alone with his mom. She’s the sweetest lady, and would always encourage wolfie to be kind and make friends. Though many kids thought he was.. odd, he found people who liked him just the way he was. He became “friends” with every storekeeper, butcher, farmer, chef, and librarian in town. Friends in quote cause well, he was a little kid. But practically everyone in town knows his name. He would always offer to help his neighbors, and he’d follow his mothers tail everywhere when they went for groceries. Turning involuntarily during a full moon didn’t become a real problem until his preteens, due to always going to bed so early. He had to start locking his door from the inside after telling his mom goodnight, and force himself to sleep so he wouldn’t cause a problem. After full moon nights he would usually stay home from school the following day, just in case. His mom always liked to have him help her bake, and try new recipes. His brothers don’t have the involuntary shifting problem like he does.

Losing control of himself and hurting the people he cares about. The thought of hurting those he loves tears him to pieces. It terrifies him. He’s also scared of thunder and lightning. The loud sounds and bright lights upset him, but he tries not to show it.
